Important Updates
 

1. Parking & Entry Fees: The guest is responsible for all parking and entry fees at sightseeing spots.

2. Service Hours: Vehicle service is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM only. This ensures the driver gets adequate rest for the next day. However, pick-up and drop-off outside these hours can be arranged based on guest arrival and departure schedules.

3. North Sikkim & Nathula Tariff:
   •    Tariff: ₹7,500 per day.
   •    Note: Small vehicles are not permitted in North Sikkim and Nathula (East Sikkim).

 

3. Permits & Passes:
   •    Permits and passes required for restricted areas are not included in the vehicle tariff.
   •    Guests must bear the cost of these permits separately.

  1. Service Scope:

    • This service includes a private car and an experienced driver for the entire day

    • The service is available for local trips within Sikkim and surrounding areas, including sightseeing, airport transfers, or inter-city travel.

  2. Booking and Confirmation:

    • Advance booking is required at least 48 hours before the desired trip date.

    • A non-refundable deposit of 20-30% of the total fare may be required to confirm your booking.

    • Full payment must be made before the trip starts unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Duration of Service:

    • A "day" is defined as 10-12 hours of service, starting from the time of pickup.

    • Overtime Charges: Any additional hours beyond the agreed 10-12 hours will incur an extra charge (e.g., INR 300-500 per hour) depending on the vehicle and route.

    • Service beyond 12 hours will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Vehicle Type:

    • The vehicle provided will be a from the above list, Vehicle selection may depend on availability and customer preferences.

    • Upgrade Option: Customers may request a higher category vehicle subject to availability and additional charges.

  5. Driver Responsibilities:

    • A professional and licensed driver will accompany you for the duration of the service.

    • The driver will adhere to road safety rules, but they will not be responsible for any delay or accident caused due to natural calamities, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Fuel, Tolls, and Parking Fees:

    • The per-day rate covers fuel costs and basic parking fees within the city limits.

    • Any toll charges and parking fees incurred outside of the standard city area will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly by the customer.

  7. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the service will be subject to a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • If rescheduling is needed, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

  8. Delays and Changes in Itinerary:

    • Any changes to the itinerary or route must be communicated to the driver or service provider in advance.

    • If there are delays or changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, roadblocks), the service provider is not responsible for any missed connections or activities.

  9. Liability:

    • The customer is responsible for their own belongings during the trip. The service provider is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

    • The service provider will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents beyond their control during the trip.

  10. Passenger Conduct:

    • Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.

    • Alcohol consumption, drugs, or any form of unruly behavior during the trip will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.

  11. Food and Drink:

    • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle may be allowed but with the understanding that passengers will keep the vehicle clean.

    • Any excessive mess or damage caused by food or drink will result in a cleaning fee.

  12. Service Availability:

    • Cab services are subject to availability based on the location, weather conditions, and road accessibility, especially during winter months or periods of heavy rainfall in Sikkim.

    • The provider reserves the right to refuse service if weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns make travel unsafe.

  13. Force Majeure:

    • The service provider shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen events).

  14. Feedback and Complaints:

    • Your feedback is valuable. If you have any issues during your trip, please inform the driver immediately, or contact customer service.

    • Any complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.

  15. Pricing:

    • Pricing is subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations, special holidays, or other external factors. Customers will be notified of any changes before confirming the booking.

    • Extra charges may apply for additional services such as air-conditioning usage in rural areas, inter-state travel, etc.
